This is a quick make-ahead breakfast or mid-day snack with 3 simple ingredients. For Good Granola’s buckwheat granola adds incredible flavor, texture, and is loaded with superfood seeds for sustained energy throughout your day. We use our Smoky Pineapple granola, but you can use any of your favorite For Good Granola buckwheat varieties.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 cup For Good Granola, Smoky Pineapple (or your favorite For Good Granola variety)

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk

  • toppings of choice (additional granola, berries, maple or date syrup, tahini, nut butter)

Directions

Step 1:


Add banana, For Good Granola, and milk to a 32 oz glass jar with lid. Stir to combine.


Step 2:


Seal with lid and refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days.


Step 3:


To enjoy cold, transfer to serving bowl and add your toppings of choice. This overnight buckwheat is also delicious warm – microwave for 45-60 seconds. Stir and add toppings.
