the beautiful buckwheat superseed!

At For Good Granola, we have been championing buckwheat in our no-oat granola since we were founded in 2021. This largely forgotten sustainable cover crop is the first and foundational ingredient in all of our granolas. We slowly toast this beautiful superseed allowing it to lend a nutty flavor and amazing texture. And, buckwheat is nutrient rich, high in protein, and low on the glycemic scale for sustained energy throughout the day.

Our purposeful ingredients go beyond buckwheat, selecting organic, non-gmo ingredients that are straightforward and never artificial. From our upcycled cranberry seeds, intentionally sourced spices, pure extracts and use of only natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup.
